Basically a small apartment, a bit tricky if you arrive outside opening hours to get the key. Good position.

From the moment we arrived, Docks on Goodwin delivered a flawless experience. The location is unbeatable — tucked away in the peaceful streets of Kangaroo Point but still just minutes from the heart of the CBD and South Bank. We loved the scenic river walks and how easy it was to catch the CityCat or walk across the Story Bridge. Our apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a true home away from home. The views were stunning, and we had everything we needed — full kitchen, laundry, comfy bedding, and even a private balcony to enjoy the Brisbane skyline. The facilities were a huge bonus: secure parking and a pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the whole property felt secure and well-maintained. Perfect place

Staff were fantastic. I called early in the day (before lunch) to ask about an early check in and the person on reception was extremely helpful and made arrangements for us to check in early. Although we didn’t encounter many staff while we were there, those that we did see were super friendly. The location is fantastic and there are lots of places nearby to eat or you can walk over the story bridge into the city. We had a one bedroom apartment and it had everything you could need for an extended stay. My only negative would be that the rooms are quite dated but they are comfy and quiet. Great spot for a Brisbane visit.

Loved the quiet location. It felt removed from the hustle and bustle but access to attractions was great. Once we figured out we could hop on the CityCat ferries, everything was easy. Apartment was great, and we appreciated the assigned parking. Balcony was huge and it was nice sitting out after a day of exploring.

The road noise is definitely an issue in the peak hours, as is the view of a highway from a very very small balcony.
